AllBusiness Barter (In Collaboration with American Express, Bell Canada, and Kleiner, Perkins, Caufield & Byers) is a leading online business to business e-commerce platform, conceived after merger between AllBusiness and Bigvine corporations.

Duties & Responsibilities: Led creation and development of Broker Managed channel. Created and implemented effective e-mail marketing Campaigns. Developed successful near term and long-range sales programs.  Defined and institued Broker sales objectives and quotas. Generated key profile criteria of top 10% users.  Analyzed member profile criteria to yield greater sales activity, developing strategies to increase revenue growth and member retention.

Accomplishments: Increased revenue growth by 500%.  Created, implemented and utilized member profile criteria to optimize profitability per member transaction.  Statistical profiling generated a 200% increase in individual on-line transaction activity.
